The Life to the Full programme is based on ‘A Model Catholic RSE Curriculum’ by the Catholic Education Service which was highlighted as a work of good practice by the Department of Education. Therefore, we have confidence that the programme will be fit for purpose in supporting the growth and development of our children.

Life to the Full is much more than a series of lessons. It is an entire platform of creative resources that will engage, inform and inspire our children and, indeed, you as parents. This includes interactive video content, story-based activities, employing a wide range of teaching tools, original worship music and an accompanying programme of classroom prayers.

The programme adopts a spiral curriculum approach so that as your child goes through the programme year-after-year, the learning will develop and grow, with each stage building on the last.

Here are some examples of the lessons that the children have taken part in.
Year 6 have been thinking about different ways in which we can care for others.
Year 5 have been discussing the term faith and what they think it means.
Year 4 have been looking at ways in which they are loved, how they love others and make a difference around the world.
Year 3 have been looking at story of Jairus and his daughter and how this shows faith in action.
Year 2 have been thinking about the special people in their lives.
Year 1 have been discussing what makes a good and bad friend.
